Sailing Era is — as the name suggests — a seafaring RPG headed for a PlayStation release in the summer. Developed by Chinese studio GY Games, it’s a mix of exploration, resource management, visual novel-style character interactions, and swashbuckling naval combat. It’s set between the 15th and 17th century, so you can expect to see real world locations and historical figures.

We don’t yet know if it’s coming exclusively to PS5 or PS4, or both, but it’s out now on PC, so you’ll probably be able to find some raw gameplay footage if you go looking.
