Keep in mind that these digging spots look identical to the ones that can be found all around your valley, but the worms needed for this quest can only be dug up at spots near the water. That being said, it’s still a good idea to dig up any other sparkling digging spots you find as you’re playing, as they’ll contain useful Dream Shards and Night Shards that are used in multiple other questlines and crafting recipes.
